Yes. The free plan lets you start keeping receipt records with no credit card required. Paid plans add exports, tax-year readiness, accountant-ready handoff packs, bulk actions, higher AI scan limits, mileage tracker features, and team features. See the pricing page for current plan details.

You take a photo with your camera or upload an image or PDF. The app sends it to an AI model that reads the merchant name, date, and amount for you. You can review and correct everything before saving.

Slipfolio helps you keep organized records — it does not file taxes for you. It is not tax software and nothing in the app is tax advice. Use it to store and export your receipts, then hand them to your accountant or tax software of choice.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your receipts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Receipt files are processed only to provide Slipfolio, including AI extraction when you choose to scan a receipt, support, security, and exports you request. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can export a spreadsheet, a PDF summary, or an accountant handoff ZIP for one tax year. The ZIP includes readiness files, receipt summaries, originals, mileage, duplicate status, and team metadata. Exports are available on paid plans.

Go to the Vehicles section, add a vehicle, then log odometer readings and business trips. The app calculates your business kilometres and percentage for the year. You can export mileage records as CSV or PDF.

Yes. You can invite team members to your workspace, assign them roles (member or admin), and everyone's receipts are organized under the same workspace. Team features are available on the team plan.

Your data stays in place — cancelling a plan does not delete anything. You can export everything before downgrading. If you want your account deleted, you can do that from Settings > Account in the app.

Yes. Slipfolio works in desktop and mobile browsers today, and your receipts sync automatically across devices. Native mobile apps are planned.
