The free plan is for starting a receipt record without a subscription. It includes unlimited manual receipt entries, 5 AI scans per month, and 1 GB storage so you can test receipt capture before choosing a paid plan.
Paid handoff tools
Personal and Personal Pro add readiness checks, accountant-ready exports, bulk receipt actions, and mileage records. Exports can include summaries, receipt originals, mileage CSV and PDF files, duplicate status, and workspace metadata.
Team workspaces
The Team plan is for shared records. Each seat gets scan and storage allowances, while workspace invites and roles keep receipt uploads, mileage entries, and tax-year handoff files under the same business account.
