Photography and marketing
Keep invoices for listing photos, printed brochures, signs, and advertising.
For real estate agents
Photography, signs, printing, parking: each listing brings expenses to keep track of. Save the receipts in Slipfolio and manually log trips to showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Start freeListing expenses
Add the property address or listing name in a receipt note. A description such as “Brochure printing for 24 Oak Street” is easier to recognize months later than an amount and a printer’s name.
Keep invoices for listing photos, printed brochures, signs, and advertising.
Save receipts for purchases made for a listing, with a note about where they were used.
Keep receipts for subscriptions, association fees, and other business purchases in the same collection.
Driving for work
Give it a name you recognize and add dated odometer readings in kilometres.
Enter the date, distance in kilometres, and purpose. Put the listing address or reason for the visit in the purpose field.
Check your entries for the selected year. Slipfolio totals the business distance you recorded.
You enter trips yourself; Slipfolio does not track your location or record routes through GPS.

Working with other agents
On a team plan, invite the people who need to add or review receipts. Agree on how to write listing addresses in notes so everyone can understand the records. Slipfolio stores receipts and mileage; it does not manage listings or track commissions.
When you need your records
Export receipt summaries and vehicle logs as spreadsheets or PDFs. A yearly ZIP can include original receipts and mileage records together. Notes help explain which purchases and trips relate to a listing.
Exports are available on paid plans. Compare plans to see what is included.
Slipfolio organizes your records. It does not file taxes or decide which expenses you can deduct.
